Engaged by Colony Capital, MÀKIA provided concept design through construction documents for the landscape architecture of this high-end residential neighborhood in the Via Piemonte area of Central Rome.  Focused on developing a design that satisfied historical fine arts restrictions as well contemporary lifestyle needs, the project is currently under construction.
