Nestled within the beautiful natural setting of the Pineta di Roccamare, the villa has a strong sense of privacy owing to the dense cover of native trees and shrubs typical of the macchia mediterranea. Overlooking the sea to the south behind the native dunes, views are framed by mature specimens of Pinus pinea and Pinus pinaster which provide the villa and native garden landscape with some welcome dappled shade for the long summer days. The outdoor spaces directly adjacent to the villa were organized in a way that softly mirrors the clean lines and forms of the architectural geometry. These forms gradually dissolve and become more organic and natural as you move away from the villa; creating a seamless transition between the built form and natural landscape.
