Sofía López Mendoza was born and grew up in Mexico. She earned her Master’s Degree in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design from Politecnico di Milano, where she focused her thesis on the U.S.-Mexico border and received an Honorable Mention in the “Michele Silvers” degree award. Her professional journey has allowed her to work in both Mexico and Italy, providing her with a diverse perspective on project execution. Sofía believes that employing resilience as a guiding framework fosters the creation of functional projects that effectively connect people, culture, and technology.
