Ana Tepina is a landscape architect with a deep passion for the profession and for the design process in general. Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Ana graduated in Landscape Architecture at the Biotechnical Faculty in Ljubljana, with a thesis on the role and design of courtyards in the city centre of Ljubljana as constituent parts of public civic space. During her University studies she was also a fellow student at the Swedish University in Alnarp (SLU) where she refined her conceptual thinking process. After graduating in 2009, she joined the landscape architecture firm Studio AKKA in Ljubljana and quickly excelled to become a project manager and an integral part of the design team. At MÀKIA, Ana is particularly focused on ensuring our design detailing is spot-on and beautifully executed.
