We have been working with our Clients since 2012 developing an overall master plan for the property that included the transformation of the existing farmhouse into a bed and breakfast with supporting outdoor amenities, new residential accommodations in the original stone barns, establishment of a farm shop that will sell local goods produced on property, as well as the establishment of a refurbished working farm to include livestock and organic veggie production.
