Caterina, born in Florence, received her Masters degree in landscape architecture from the University of Florence and her bachelor degree in Interior design from the Politecnico University of Milan. She began her experience as a landscape architect during an internship with Trowbridge Wolf Michaels Landscape Architects in Ithaca (NY USA) in 2014, followed by a collaboration with Vera Luciani in 2016 where she developed her knowledge of biolake and natural swimming pool design. As a design director at MÀKIA, Caterina plays a key role in helping to guide the studio aesthetic as well as providing important leadership on all phases of the design process.
